Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order

Once an order is processed, we cannot amend shipping details

If the courier marks a parcel as delivered, responsibility lies with the customer
7. Taxes, Duties & Customs (International Orders)

For orders outside the UK, import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply

If a parcel is refused or unclaimed, incurred costs (incl. return shipping) will be deducted from any refund
